On Point selected as a New York State Partner, receives $1.9 million in federal funding to replicate the program in two new locations

A Syracuse nonprofit that has helped more than 3,100 disadvantaged young people get into and stay in college since 1999 will get a chance to replicate its program in two other cities.

On Point for College has received a $1.9 million federal grant to provide its services in New York City and an Upstate city that has not been selected yet.
